Terms and Conditions for Custom Orders

1. Custom Order Agreement

– By placing a custom order with Reward Catering Limited, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Deposits

– All deposits made towards custom orders are non-refundable. The deposit is required to secure materials and labor for the creation of the custom order.

– In the event of order cancellation by the customer, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Order Confirmation

– Custom orders will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Reward Catering Limited will begin processing the order only after the deposit has been received.

– Any changes to the order after confirmation may result in additional charges and extended lead times.

4. Production and Lead Times

– Production times may vary based on the complexity of the custom order. Reward Catering Limited will provide an estimated lead time at the time of order confirmation.

– Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer promptly.

5. Payment Terms

– The remaining balance for custom orders is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup.

– Failure to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe may result in delays in delivery or additional storage charges.

6. Restocking Charge for Equipment Sales

– All equipment sales are subject to a 25% restocking charge if returned.

– Equipment must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty and Liability

– Reward Catering Limited warrants that all custom orders will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

– Any claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Reward Catering Limited reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at its discretion.

– Reward Catering Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the custom order products.

8. Governing Law

– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

– Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

9. Acceptance of Terms

– By placing a custom order with Reward Catering Limited, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
